I love Yoplait® Thick & Creamy and is the yogurt I mostly eat. I had not tried the Yo-Plus™ before and was not sure what to expect. While Princess A was a school Princess G saw it in the refrigerator and wanted to try it. We both loved it. I like that it is a thick yogurt (not as thick as Yoplait® Thick & Creamy®) but thicker than some other yogurts I have tried. I liked that the taste was not too strong or super sugary. The yogurt had a very slight sour taste at the end that loved. When Princess A got home for school Princess G told her all about the new yummy yogurt (Yo-Plus™) and wanted to share one with her sister. I open one up and between the two of them they almost licked the cup, well almost I stopped them. I know we will be getting some more. Now don't take my word for it click here for a $1.00 off coupon or even better three of you could win a prize pack with a coupon for a free package of Yo-Plus. The prize pack includes a free 4-pack of Yo-Plus yogurt coupon, Yoplait cooler tote bag, water bottle and a nutrition journal. The tote is so big I have been using it to carry the towels for the girls' swim lesson (with freezing temp around here I won't need the tote to insulate anything for months.)
Now what you really want to know how to win!!

Always walk when you are going short distances - good for you and saves expensive gas! I love keylime yogurt.
ReplyDeleteI love Cherry Vanilla Yogurt! My Healthy living tip is to get up and walk! To keep myself feeling good I get up and walk through the back room at my office once or twice each hour. It gives me some movement (I'm in a cube all day) and also prevents headaches!
ReplyDeleteHealthy Living: Include yoga in your daily exercise routine.

Nutrition tip: add spinach to your smoothies! Fresh leaves or frozen (to add to the chill) this ups the nutritional punch and you can hardly tell! Works just as well in strawberry-banana smoothies as blueberry/raspberry ones..we add frozen fruit, yogurt, fresh bananas, sometimes egg whites (the pasteurized ones in a carton that are safe to drink) and we add frozen spinach instead of ice. My 5 yr old twins and 9 yoa daughter LOVE our smoothies and never have said a word about the spinach! I love them too! Perfect light (but power packed) dinner on a hot day or just as an energy boost!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love Rachel's lavender honey (I think that is the flavor) yogurt..so delicate and yummy! Probably also the weirdest I've ever had, LOL!
Thanks!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite is peach.
I would love to enter. Honestly, i think Yoplaits Whipped Chocolate Raspberry is a very weird flavor. I know some people love it, but it just doesn't seem quite right to me.
ReplyDeleteI try to always keep fresh fruit on hand for snacking (not easy in the winter, though). I don't have a favorite or weird yogurt flavor because I don't like it, but my kids love yogurt so I'm entering this for them. :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the opportunity,

my favorite tip to lose weight is to exercise. it may not seem like much but bike riding for an hour with our two boys is a real workout
ReplyDeleteMy best tip is drink plenty of water and get plenty of rest. My grandmother has been saying it since I was in elementary school. You would be surprised at how many people do not do these two things to take care of their bodies. The weirdest flavor of yogurt to me is the key lime pie... I just don't like it. I love these Yo-Plus yogurts though, especially Blackberry Pomegrante! Thank you.

If you are making a sour cream based dip, substitute half of the sour cream with plain yogurt. It cuts down on the fat, makes it a bit healthier without changing the flavor of the final product.
ReplyDeleteOur fav flavor here is blueberry.
